In June and July, black-necked stilts, American avocets, and ducklings can be seen. Tundra swans can be found in abundance from mid-October through the end of the year. Just keep in mind that you need to follow all Utah fishing regulations. For instance, you can only keep two fish daily. Additionally, you should release largemouth bass. Logan Canyon Scenic Byway This trip drive is over 40 miles, connecting Logan and Garden City. The trip offers many opportunities for recreation, from hiking to a quick picnic to overnight camping. Art on Main is held May 26-27 on Main Street. This is a free event with the exception of two ticketed special engagements. It was installed in 1928, and the $4200 project was financed by citizens! It stayed up for almost six decades before it was taken down and re-created in 1984. 2. Union Pacific Depot Time for your next stop: the Union Pacific Depot. Use your Chevrolet Trailblazer's built-in navigation system to get to the Pacific Depot without a hitch, or connect your phone and use Google or Apple Maps. The Union Pacific Depot was finished in 1907 and connected the Pacific Railroad to the northwest. In the early 20th century, the railroad was used to ship local produce and deliver mail. 3. Grist Mill You'll also want to stop by the Grist Mill, which was the first industrial building in Brigham City. It was finished in 1856 and became fully functional in 1857 when there was enough local wheat. Lorenzo Snow, the colonizer of the settlement that eventually became Brigham City, was in charge of the Grist Mill for some time. 4. Old City Hall/Fire Station This historical landmark is a two-story building that was built in 1909. The fire department was based on the house floor, and the city had its offices on the second floor. Each night, a bell rang out from the tower to signal a curfew. Since 1974, the Brigham City Chamber of Commerce has had offices on the main floor of this building. 5. William Knudsen Log Cabin Built in 1855, the William Knudsen Log Cabin is one of the first long-term buildings in Brigham City. The first people to live in it were the young couple Wilhelm and Lauren Amelia Knudsen. They lived there for almost 10 years and had six children there! Almost two centuries later, you can see the cabin at Brigham Young Park, where it stands as an example of the homes that early settlers lived in. Ebelleste: Miniature Golf Located at 15 East 500 North, this miniature golf course features a nighttime garden theme. The blacklight ambiance at Ebelleste creates a unique and fun atmosphere. The course is redecorated with a Halloween theme for the months of September and October. The miniature golf course is fully indoor, which means you can stop here no matter the weather. Ebelleste opens at 4:00 pm on weekdays, 12:00 pm on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays. Ebelleste Miniature Golf is located in the unaffiliated Brigham City Family Fun Center, where you can also find a bowling alley, snack bar, arcade, and pool tables. The Family Fun Center is an excellent afternoon or evening destination for the whole family, where you can bowl and golf for hours before recharging with pizza, burgers, and cheese fries. 2. Toad's Fun Zone You can find this amusement center at 1690 West 400 North, about twenty miles south in Ogden.
