1. Ogden Nature Center

In Ogden, Utah, there’s a 152-acre preserve that welcomes the public all year, and it’s this park. It features over 1 mile of picnic areas, walking trails, bird blinds, and treehouses. It features an education center, too.

 2. Pioneer Park

This rocky 52-acre park on Red Hills Parkway in St. George is an extraordinary place. It features breathtaking city views, a covered pavilion, clean hiking trails, and more. Adults with a feisty spirit and a deep-seated passion for adventure will love this park.

3. High Adventure Park

If you plan to bring kids along, this park on 18th Street in Ogden is a wonderful place to visit. Getting to this destination can be challenging if you’re not familiar with some places in Utah. But if you’re set on having unforgettable moments with the little ones, drive to this park. Here, you can go fishing, hiking, biking, and swimming.

4. Municipal Gardens

This is a fun park on 25th Street, Ogden for people of all ages. It features food stands, gardens, playgrounds, and an amphitheater.

5. Canyon Entrance

Sometimes called First Dam Park, this small place on Canyon Road, Logan is a cool spot for a picnic. If you’re with your family, this is a great park to hang out. The popular activities you can do here include playing frisbee and kayaking.  

6. Elk Ridge Park

You’ll find this place at 2500 North Logan. Want someplace with loads of amenities? Then go here. It features playgrounds with swings and slides, climbing walls, splash pads, baseball diamonds, and more.

7. Pleasant View Park

On Pleasant View Drive, Pleasant is where this large park sits. It features baseball diamonds and pickleball courts. It also has lots of climbing rocks, high slides, and swings.

8. Birdsong Trailhead

This little park in Ogden may be quite challenging to access. But if your heart’s set on soul-searching and getting some peace and quiet, we recommend taking on the challenge. It features mountain views, lots of shade, streams, and dragonflies.

9. Eden Park

In the northern part of Eden is a quiet park perfect for walking. It’s a family-friendly place where you can grab a bite and play. It features swings, slides, merry-go-rounds, and other playground equipment.

10. Bear River 

This park on Forest Street in Brigham City is an ideal place to relax. Be sure to bring your binoculars, especially if you love to see birds, ducks, and a picturesque backdrop of the majestic mountains.
